Welcome to LobbyGG! By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To register and use LobbyGG, you declare that you are at least 14 years of age. We reserve the right to close, without notice, any account we suspect belongs to a minor of that age.
You are responsible for the security of your password and all activities carried out through your account. You agree not to share your credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for all content (messages, posts, images) that you publish. It is strictly forbidden to post content that is:
Illegal, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or incites hatred (hate_speech).
Spam, unauthorized advertising, or phishing.
Violates the privacy, copyright, or other rights of third parties.
The use of inappropriate language may lead to content removal and sanctions on the account.
LobbyGG is a platform for user-generated content. We are not responsible for the conduct or content posted by users. We provide reporting and moderation tools to maintain a safe environment but cannot guarantee control over every interaction. Use of the service is at your own risk.
We use a combination of automatic filters (based on a banned_words list) and human moderation (based on user_reports) to enforce community rules.
Content Removal: Messages or posts that violate the rules will be removed.
Temporary Mute: Minor violations may result in a temporary inability to chat.
Temporary or Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account (is_banned).
We are committed to being transparent. Significant moderation decisions, such as a ban, will be justified. In the future, we will implement a notification and appeal system for moderation decisions.
When paid services (such as the VIP subscription) become available, these Terms will be updated with a dedicated section specifying costs, duration, payment methods, and refund policies, in accordance with European consumer rights laws.
